SUB: NOTICE OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING OF PJJF
You are hereby kindly informed that the General Assembly meeting of PJJF will be held on January 20th, 2010 at 4:30 P.M. at 21-Munawar Chamber, 1-Mozang Road, Lahore under the Chairmanship of President PJJF, Mr. Khalil Ahmed Khan.
Kindly make sure that authorized representative of your Unit/Association to attend the said meeting on the captioned date and time.
Following are the agenda of the meeting:
1) Opening of General Assembly meeting.
2) Approval of previous minutes, 2008.
3) Adoption of reports by the Board members.
4) Approval of financial/audit report.
5) Approval of the Calendar activities, 2010.
6) Approval of the Budget, 2010.
7) Any other item with the permission of chair.
