ARTICLE 1.

INTRODUCTION

There are particular rules of judgment of traditional wrestling sports in different countries in the world but one that unites them is the rule that the wrestlers must be wear cloths with a belt.The belt wrestling has improved in the last few centuries.In order to heighten performance, as well as further development of this sport, and to improve the rules of judging during the competitions, the technical basis of actions, relating to original and effective techniques, must be preserved.The main aim and purpose is to unite all kinds of belt wrestling worldwide, national and traditional, in conformity with the rules approved by the International Association of Belt Wrestling.
In belt wrestling (free style),sprints,backheels,grasps,underminings,twistings,dumping and active covering from a position standing in a hold with two hands for a belt of the competitor are all allowed.All technical activities related to the legs are prohibited in the classical style

ARTICLE 2. BASIC CONCEPTS AND TERMS IN THE BELT WRESTLING
The belt wrestling is a kind of a single combat,in which the principal goal for the wrestler is to throw a competitor on his back (PURE VICTORY),by using any of the competent techniques,after the wrestlers starting position in the standrack.

The posture in wrestling:
1. Standing (the stand) – position of the wrestlers in which they touch the mat only with the soles of the feet (standing on legs).
2. Lying flat on one’s back – wrestlers position in which one of the wrestlers is touching the carpetmat by any part of the body, except the soles of the feet. In this case boutwrestling is IMMEDIATELY stopped.

During the fall a wrestler might be:
a) "on the back" – a position in which the wrestler touches the carpetmat by both shoulder-blades or rolls on his back touching the matcarpet by the shoulder-blade;
b) "on the bridge" – a position in which the wrestler is with the back to the carpetmat and it the only touch is  by the soles of the feet and head;
c) "on the side" - a position in which the wrestler touches the matcarpet by a shoulder-blade, and the back of the shoulder-blades form the angle less than 90 degrees to the carpetmat. The position "half-bridge" in which the wrestler is back to the matcarpet and touches it with the soles of the feet, head and shoulder; the position matching to one "on the side";
g) "on the chest, belly" – a position in which the wrestler touches the carpetmat by the chest or belly, and the back of the shoulder-blades form the angle of over 90 degrees to the carpetmat;
 e) “on the buttocks” – a position in which the wrestler touches the mat by one or both buttocks, hip or waist;
e) "on the shoulder" – a position in which  the wrestler touches the carpetmat with the shoulder, pressed to the body (shoulder joints).
"Sprint" – the mode used by the wrestler from the position standing with the gap and the result is that the opponent adversary  loses the balance and falls on the carpetmat by any part of the body.
"Overthrowing" – reception method without dropping the opponentadversary from the carpet mat.
"Curling" – method used with dropping or not from the standing position with the result that the opponentadversary falls on the matcarpet by any part of the body.
"Covering " – a counter-mode in which the attacker is at the bottom.
"Outside the matcarpet" – a position in which one or both wrestlers are beyond the working area of the matcarpet with one or two feet.

ARTICLE 3. BELT WRESTLING COMPETITIONS ARENA
Competition arena represent a flat horizontal surface with the special matcarpet of not less than 5 cm thickness.
The matcarpet is marked by the working and defensive areas.
The working area is a circle with a diameter ranging from 6 to 9 meters and is located at the center. During the official competitions the diameter circle is only 9 meters. The zone that separates the working and protective areas, is called "zone of passivity" and is part of the working area. By contrast it is usually marked in red. It has a width of one meter.
The "zone of passivity" is called "protective zone" and its width should be 1,5-2,0 meters.
Left side from the corner of the Mat Chairmanhead of  the table carpet corner is marked by green, and the right one by blue.
Note: In case where the wrestlers are in the "zone of passivity",the judge loudly pronounces the word "ZONE".At this command the wrestlers must move into the middle of the matcarpet without interruption of the boutwrestling.

ARTICLE 4. DRESS OF THE PARTICIPANT
The dressuniform  of the participant in belt wrestling consists of white pants, green and blue sport shirts and red belt of 110-150 cm for adolescents and young men, and 150-180 cm for adult athletes. The width of the belt is 4-7 cm.
The participants should wear the sports shoes ("bortsovki/wrestler shoes" or slippers) with the soft,but not sliding sole.The laces with metal or hard ending must be cut off. The wrestler should have a handkerchief to use it in case of a minor injury. The handkerchief should be kept by the Jjudge-timekeeper during the wrestling bout.
On violation of this requirement, the participants are not allowed participate in competitions.

ARTICLE 5. HYGIENE OF THE PARTICIPANT
The participants must be neat. The nails must be clipped.The hair should be short cut; however,long hair should be moved to the back.
The participants are prohibited to have watches,bracelets,rings,chains.The protective shields should be soft without metals. The wrestler with visual problems should have contact lenses.

Note: If the participant during the wrestling loses the contact lenses and can not immediately put them back, he can not continue boutwrestling and he will be considered defeated.

ARTICLE 6. WRESTLING BOUT JUDGMENT
The wrestling bout judgment is conducted by an Refereeing Assembly arbitration team,composed of:the Mat Chairman Head of the mat, the RefereeChief Judge, the Side Judge, Judge-timekeeper, the Judge-informer and the Judges attached to the participants.
The Members of the Refereeing Assemblyarbitration team should be dressed in the dark blue or black jacket, the light gray pants, the white or light blue shirt, the red or wine color tie (matching the color of the belt of the wrestlers) as well as the sports shoes ("bortsovki/wrestler shoes", dark-colored slippers), and the green and blue oversleeves and sport whistle.
It is prohibited to the Members of the Refereeing Assemblyarbitration team to leave their places and to talk with anyone during the boutwrestling, if it does not require the performance of the duty.

ARTICLE 7. FUNCTIONS OF THE MAT CHAIRMANHEAD OF THE MAT
The Mat Chairman Head of the mat leads the Refereeing Assemblyarbitration team,carries the official protocol,informs the progress of the boutwrestling and announces the result.
The Mat Chairman Head of the mat puts the green oversleeve on the left arm, and the blue one – on the right arm.
The Mat Chairman Head of the mat together with the RefereeChief Judge and the Side Judge evaluates actions of the wrestlers and shows their evaluation by gestures or on the electronic scoreboard.
The Mat Chairman Head of the mat has the right to stop the wrestling bout and asks about the reasons for different decisions made by the RefereeChief Judge and the Side Judge.
The Mat Chairman Head of mat,in case of differences in the estimates of Side judge and RefereeChief Judge, and after listening to their opinions, makes the final decision, but is not the first to reveal his opinion.
The Mat Chairman Head of the mat should not let the wrong progress of the wrestling bout based on the attempts of interference from the outside.
The Mat Chairman Head of mat,in the absence of assessed technical actions,in every minute,evaluates the progress of the wrestlingbout  through decisions of the Refereeing Assemblyarbitration team.
 The Mat Chairman Head of mat after the end of the wrestlingbout  points out to the winner by the hand with the oversleeve which is matching the color of the winner’s shirt and announces the result.
The Mat Chairman Head of the mat must have the yellow and red cards (the warning and sending away to show it to the audience).

      
ARTICLE 8. THE FUNCTIONS OF THE REFEREECHIEF JUDGE
The RefereeChief Judge leads the bout wrestling directly from the matcarpet.
The RefereeChief Judge puts the green oversleeve on the left arm, and the blue one on the right arm.
The RefereeChief Judge evaluates the actions of the wrestlers and shows by gestures the evaluation.
The RefereeChief Judge confers a signal by the whistle in order to start,to break off,to continue and to end the boutwrestling.

The RefereeChief Judge stops the boutwrestling in the following cases:
a) When a wrestler (wrestlers) is set to "Lying flat on one’s back" or the slate on the back;it means,is touching the matcarpet by any part of the body;
b) When one of the wrestlers are seeking the net victory or apparent technical advantages/superiority (a difference of 6 or more points);
c) When one of the wrestlers uses or attempts to make a forbidden actionmovement, which can have an injury as a result;
d) when one or both wrestlers overstep the limits of the matcarpet;
e) when one or both wrestlers are injured or feel bad;
f) when it is necessary to put in order the dress of the participant;
g) when it is necessary to make a warning to one or both wrestlers;
h) when "Director of the judgment" (Senior Judge) or the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat requires to stop boutwrestling;
i) when the Side Judge or wrestler (wrestlers) asks to stop wrestlingbout;
k) at the withdrawal or disqualification of one or both wrestlers.
          
The RefereeChief Judge takes part in the wrestling bout announcement of the results.
The RefereeChief Judge must have the yellow and red cards (the warning and sending away to show it to the audience).

Note: In the case of unethical behavior of the second or the trainer-representative the RefereeChief Judge shows for first time the yellow card (warning) and if the situation has not changed, he shows the red card (sending away). The second or trainer-representative can be replaced by another member of the team or trainer. The National Federation (Association) is obliged to pay penalty provisions,punitive measures,otherwise the country can not participate in the following competitions.

ARTICLE 9. THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SIDE JUDGE
The Side Judge is positioned on the opposite side of the desk of the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat.
The Side Judge puts the green oversleeve on the left arm, and the blue one – on the right arm.
The Side Judge assesses the actions of the wrestlers and shows by gestures or on the electronic scoreboard the evaluation.
The Side Judge leads the arbitrary note.
The Side Judge can not get up from his seats until the moment when there are differences in opinions of technical evaluations of the boutwrestling and he is invited to join the table of the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat in order to discuss the created situation.
 
ARTICLE 10. THE FUNCTIONS OF THE JUDGE-TIMEKEEPER
The Judge-timekeeper carries on the supervision of the wrestlingbout  time and provides this information to the Mat Chairman Head of the mat.
The Judge-timekeeper should have the spare chronometers to control the wrestling bout.

ARTICLE 11. THE FUNCTIONS OF THE JUDGE-INFORMER
The Judge-informer carries on the supervision of the registration of the countries and the participants’ names, as well as the evaluations and penalties provided by the Judges during the boutwrestling.
The Judge-informer, in the case of the failure of the electronic scoreboard,should have an emergency mechanical scoreboard.

ARTICLE 12. THE FUNCTIONS OF THE JUDGE ATTACHED TO THE PARTICIPANTS
According to the protocol of competitions and the accredited cards, the Judge attached to the participants gives out (at the end of the boutwrestling takes away), the belt to the participants, he also controls fulfillment of the article 4 "Dress of the Participant" and the article 5 "Hygiene of the Participant". The Judge attached to the participants participates in the opening and closing ceremonies of the competitions, as well as in the reward ceremony of the awardees and the champions of the competitions.

ARTICLE 13. THE TIME-LIMIT OF A FIGHT BOUT AND AGE OF PARTICIPANTS
The duration of the boutwrestling for:
- Children: 11-13 years old boys and girls                - 2.00 min.
- Adolescents: 14-15 years old boys and girls             - 2.30 min.
- Cadet: 16-17 years old young boys and girls             - 3.00 min.
- Youth: 18-20 years old juniors and female               - 4.00 min.
 - Adults: 18 years and older men and women               - 4.00 min.
 - Veterans: Men over 40 years                            - 3.00 min.
             Women over 30 years.

ARTICLE 14. BEGINNING AND TERMINATION OF A WRESTLING FIGHTBOUT
The wrestling fightbout begins by a whistle of the RefereeChief Judge (short acute signal).
The wrestling fightbout ends:

- at the awarding of the PURE VICTORY to one of the wrestling;
- at the apparent technical advantage/superiority (a difference of 6 or more points);
- at the withdrawal or disqualification of one or both wrestlers;
- at the end of the wrestling bout time.

The termination of the fixed boutwrestling time is notified by a beep (a gong),after which the RefereeChief Judge stops the wrestling fightbout by the whistle (long acute signal).

Note 1: The beep (a gong) must have a good resonance and a sufficient force of sound.
At the end of the wrestling fightbout  the RefereeChief Judge takes place in the center of the matcarpet,his face is turned to the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat, the wrestlers stay on both sides of the RefereeChief Judge according to the color of the RefereeChief Judge oversleeves and the participants’ dress.
Only after the announcement of the wrestling fightbout  result the RefereeChief Judge raises one’s hand of the wrestler whom won the boutcompetition. Then the RefereeChief Judge turns together with the wrestlers one’s back to the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat (one’s face to the audience) and raises again the hand of the winner. After that the wrestlers exchange handshakes. The RefereeChief Judge shows by gesture that they may withdraw from the matcarpet.

Note 2: The technical action begun before the beep (the gong) or simultaneously with it as well as finished after it,estimates the unanimous decision of the Refereeing Assemblyarbitration team.
Otherwise, the Refereeing Assemblyarbitration team takes the final decision after consulting and viewing,if necessary, the videos.

Note 3: If after the fixed wrestling bout time the wrestlers will have no points or both wrestlers will have an equal number of points, the boutwrestling fight continues until the first technical action in the short hold in a minute.

ARTICLE 15. STARTING POSITION OF THE  WRESTLING FIGHTBOUT 
The wrestler, who is challenged first, comes out to the side of the carpetmat marked in green on the left side from the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat, and the second wrestler goes to the opposite side of the carpetmat marked in blue.
The wrestlers are presented to the audience by announcing their names, the titles and the teams.
According to signal of the RefereeChief Judge the wrestlers come together in the center of the matcarpet and exchange handshakes.
The RefereeChief Judge shall examine the dress of the wrestlers and the prohibited items.
The wrestlers at the command of the RefereeChief Judge take the starting position in the center of the matcarpet.
In the same standrack the wrestlers take a mutual hold with two hands on a belt from the outside zone by the fellow participant over the top on the back, and shoving the hands under the belt of the adversaryopponent; at the same time as the right hand is under the left one, and the left hand –on top of the right hand of the opponentadversary. The distance between the hands on the back of the opponentadversary should be approximately 25-30 cm.
The size of the belt at the binding up is at the level of the chest with a deep breath.The space between the belt and the breast should be one fist, for heavy weight wrestlers – two fists.

Note: The short hold is clench,in which wrestlers must push hands under the belt of the opponentadversary,but having the hands adjoined.
The wrestler,who has the last technical scores, carries out the first short hold. The score is 0:0 (no points):
a) one who has less warnings;
b) on the last warning (the wrestler who obtained the last warning,gives a right to herhis/his opponentadversary  to be first to carry out the short hold).

The wrestler has the right to choose to carry out the right or left-side short hold.It will drive wrestlers to lead an active wrestling fight from the beginning to the end. At the evaluation of the activity the preference is up to the wrestler, who is constantly, at the extra time, seeks the short hold, while making an action movement.
The starting position: The wrestlers are in the center of the circle with which the diameter of one (1) meter,in such a way as the feet of both legs attach the edge of the circle. The hands should be bent at the elbows at an angle of 30-45 degrees, freely, touching the chest to chest at the same level, the head should be rested upon the shoulder, trying not to go down more and to lengthen out before the whistle.
Fouls: If one of the wrestlers goes away from the circle with one or both legs before the whistle,thereby preventing the opponentadversary to adjoin the hands in a short hold, lengthening out, the RefereeChief Judge blows a whistle, stops the wrestling and gives a point, and in case of the repeated foul, the RefereeChief Judge gives a warning and gives 1 (one) score to her/his/her opponentadversary, then the victory is declared.
                                                                                            
ARTICLE 16. EVALUATION OF TECHNICAL ACTIONS
The technical action is evaluated, if as a consequence of this action the attacked wrestler was thrown,twisted or dumped on the matcarpet while the attacking wrestler fell on or next to him in hold.The estimation "PURE VICTORY" is awarded for the throw, stall or twist on the opponentadversary’s back, as well as controlled covering of the opponentadversary on the back with the apparent fixation of (5:0).
Note: ANY PERSONAL FALL on the back in order to make an action movement is considered as a defeat.
 
The assailant and attacked wrestler must avoid solely own fall on the back.
 
By "PURE VICTORY" assimilates:  
 
1. "The VICTORY at the WITHDRAWAL OR DISQUALIFICATION of the opponentadversary" (5:0).
2. "The VICTORY in case of non attendance of the adversaryopponent on the carpetmat" (5:0).
3. "The VICTORY in a view of denial, sickness or injury of the adversaryopponent" (5:0).
         
"The VICTORY with the clear technical advantage/superiority" with a difference of 6 or more points (4:0),if the loser has the technical points, then (4:1).
The wrestling fightbout stops, but before declaring the result,the RefereeChief Judge asks the winner,whether s/he desires to continue the boutfight. If the reply is affirmative, the boutwrestling fight continues until the end of the prime time.

Note 1: This is possible when the wrestlers are fighting on the round robin and in the weight category of no more than 5 participants.
 
Note 2: If in the weight category there are 6 (six) participants,the group splits up into two groups "A" and "B" with 3 in each, according to the lot. The opponentsadversaries in the subgroups fight by a circle each to each.
 
The wrestlers, who win the FIRST PLACE in the subgroups,play for the gold and silver medals,while these,who take SECOND PLACES in the subgroups, win automatically third place in the competitions.
 
When there are seven (7) participants the reduction to 4 (four) participants is conducted.From 9 (nine) to 15 (fifteen) participants the reduction is to 8 and so on to 16, 32, 64 is made according to the Olympic system with withdrawal.
 
The wrestlers, losers, finalists have the opportunity to fight in the reassuring competitions for the bronze medals.

"The Victory by a Score" (3:0),if the loser has the technical points,then (3:1).
"MUTUAL DISQUALIFICATION" (0:0).
"TWO POINTS" are awarded:
- for the technical action carried out from the position regardless of with or without the opponentadversary’s tearing off, and as a result the opponentadversary in dynamic immediately happens to be in a dangerous situation (on the "bridge", "half-bridge" or side).
 "ONE POINT" is awarded for:
- the sprint, dumping or twisting of the adversaryopponent  to the side (to the abdomen/belly),buttocks,thigh,shoulder,knee (knees);
- the fixed covering by the adversaryopponent, if the attacker falls on the "bridge", "half-bridge" or side during sprint.
- the sprint of the opponentadversary on the "bridge","half-bridge" or side,if the assaulter wrestler touched in dynamics the matcarpet by buttocks during carrying out the action.

Note: In case when the attacking wrestler falls on the knee (knees) during the carrying out of the movementmovement by the assaulter wrestler, but the dynamics of technical action continues, the RefereeChief Judge should allow the assaulter to finish the actionmovement.

- for WARNING, when attacked wrestler uses forbidden actions in order to prevent the assaulter wrestler to carry out a movement, as well as the evaluation of the action.
If the assaulter wrestler used the forbidden action at the try to carry out the actionmovement,the wrestling fightbout stops and this movement is not estimated.
In case of the repeated forbidden action the wrestler is getting the WARNING (with no points),and etc.
The technical actions initiated on the carpet mat and completed outside of it are estimated in points.
The "PURE VICTORY" outside the carpetmat is not awarded.
 
All technical actions are estimated on the first-touch by any part of the body.Dragging,finishing pressing out are not estimated, because the wrestling fight lying (in the partner) does not exist.
 
Note: The wrestler,who leads into the  fightbout,regardless of her/his/her score,and then begins to block the opponentadversary’s actionmovement, set the fists against the belly, ribs, sides of the opponentadversary, to go away from the carpetmat without any reason, to simulate, to prolong the time of the  fightbout, to avoid and shy away from the active wrestling, reveal the passivity, can be punished by a warning (one, second) and take away from the boutfight for the passive wrestling.
                                 
ARTICLE 17. FORBIDDEN ACTIONS AND PUNISHMENTS

In case of the announcement of punishment, the RefereeChief Judge should explain by a simple gesture the reason for the punishment.
           
The NOTE is announced for the following fouls for:

- taking a low protective standrack;
- leading a passive wrestling fight;
- falling on the knee (knees);
- taking slowly the starting position;
- deliberately going away from the matcarpet with one or two feet or pushing the opponentadversary from the matcarpet;
- cuddling the opponentadversary without trying to carry out the actionmovement and to hold her/him in this position for a time;
- preventing from the hold in the starting position.
   
The WARNING is announced for the following fouls for:

- the repeated observation;
- deliberately dismissing the hold or not permitting to carry out the hold;
- making deliberate breakdown by imitating counter actionmovement;
- setting head against the face, shoulder or chest of the adversaryopponent;
- setting with fits against the ribs, side or belly of the adversaryopponent;
- chatting during the wrestling fightbout;
- carrying out the actionmovement being in the posture "outside the matcarpet";
- carrying out the movementaction when the opponentadversary with undone her/hisher/his belt turned the back upon the assaulter wrestler;
- after carrying out the movementaction to finish pressing out the adversaryopponent on her/his back;
- preventing from the carrying out the short hold.
              
The wrestler (wrestlers) can be taken away form the wrestling fightbout for the following forbidden actions:

- inappropriate shouting, comments, gestures which are  offensive for the opponentadversary and judges during or after the boutfight
- not obeying the instructions of the RefereeChief Judge;
- having hard or metal items (not visible or apparent);
- non-appearance on the matcarpet in three (3) minutes;
- after the announcement of two Warnings.

The Disqualification may be declared for the following fouls:

- carrying out the various blows of the opponentadversary;
- carrying out the actions which could cause injury to the opponentadversary;
- leaving the matcarpet without permission of the RefereeChief Judge;
- any demonstration of the unsportsmanlike behavior;
- the repeated non-appearance on the carpetmat;
- the preliminary agreement on the outcome of the fight bout (fictitious wrestling);
- the deception of the Judges.

The decision about disqualification is taken by the Director of the judgment,in case of his absence,the Director of the competitions (Senior Judge) appointed by the arbitrary commission should take the decision on the above-mentioned subject jointly with the arbitrary team.

Note: There are no places nor medals and prizes for the disqualified participants.
 
ARTICLE 18. GESTURES OF THE JUDGES
PRESENTATION OF PARTICIPANTS – after the challenge of the wrestlers to the matcarpet, they should stand in the center of the matcarpet with one’s back to the table of the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat. The wrestlers are indicated by turns (first the wrestler in the green uniformdress, then – one in the blue dressuniform) by straight hand with opened palm stretched forward towards the wrestler.
WRESTLERS TO THE CENTER OF THE MAT – blow a whistle and show simultaneously in the center of the mat with both hands extended with open palms.
TAKE THE STARTING POSITION – show with both hands the imitation of the carrying out the hold.
START THE WRESTLING FIGHTBOUT – at the beginning of the boutfight (at the brief stop and continuing of the fight), after taking the starting position, give a short sharp whistle signal and step back.
NET VICTORY – raise a hand bent at the elbow up, with an open palm forward.
TWO POINTS – raise a hand compressed into fist in the direction – up at an angle of 45 degrees.The big finger and forefinger of the raised hand are straightened.
ONE POINT – raise a hand compressed into fist in the direction – up at an angle of 45 degrees.The big finger of the raised hand is straightened.
ACTIVITY – indicate on the active wrestler by stretched straight arm with an open palm down.
MOVEMENT ACTION NOT EVALUATED – two or three cross-movements in the horizontal plane are made by both extended hands to different sides and with palms open.
CANCELLATION OF THE ERRONEOUS ESTIMATION – show the erroneous estimation, then by the other hand wave two to three times over the head. Then show the correct estimation.
NOTE – without stopping the wrestling fightbout indicate the wrestler by a hand with its palm down and compressed into fist.
WARNING – stop the  wrestling fightbout, facing the table of the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat raise a hand bent at the elbow up, with an open palm forward and compressed into fist. By the other hand show ONE POINT to the opponentadversary if necessary.
PASSIVITY (without leading wrestling fight) – the forearm of a hand rotation with an open palm to oneself and on the outside to oneself.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CARPETMAT  – show by the forefinger of a hand in the direction of a wrestler who deliberately left the working area of the carpetmat, by the other hand with an open palm down on yourself make two or three times the waving away from yourself outwards.
EXTRUSION FROM THE MATCARPET – show by the forefinger of a hand in the direction of a wrestler who deliberately pushed out the adversaryopponent from the carpetmat, by other hand, with a palm compressed into fist make an action movement away from yourself to onward.
ACTIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CARPETMAT – with open palms down both hands, make an action movement away from yourself outwards.
ON THE KNEES POSITION – touch your knees with both hands and then show the forefinger in the direction of a wrestler who kneeled (on a knee or knees).
BLOCK – pull down a hand with a palm compressed into fist down at an angle of 45 degrees in the direction of the punishable.
BREAKING UP OF THE HOLD – bend the hands at the elbow up and cross them in lock up, and then break up the hold and using the forefinger tell the wrestler to break up the hold.
WRESTLERS TO THE CORNERS – blow the whistle as a signal and point into the corners with extended straight hands and palms opened forward.
TERMINATION OF THE WRESTLING FIGHTBOUT  – show by the forearm of the hands with open palms edge ahead before yourself cross-wise.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULT – standing in the center, face to the desk of the Mat ChairmanHead of the mat, hold the hands of the wrestlers and raise the hand of the winner, then together turn round and repeat the same action.
INVITATION OF THE DOCTOR – show by the forefinger in the direction of the injured wrestler, and by other hand, with an open palm upwards show to the medical staff and say the word "DOCTOR".
TAKE A TIME – keep the forearm of one hand with an open palm down horizontally, and the fingers of other hand set against from bellow to this palm.
            
Note 1: At the implementation of all gestures the color of the oversleeves of the judges must be in conformity with the color of the dress of the wrestler.
Note 2: The duration of each demonstration of abovementioned gestures should be from 3 to 5 seconds.
                                                  
ARTICLE 19. INJURY, ILLNESS OR ACCIDENT
In case of injury, illness or accident the Refereeing Assemblyarbitration team makes its decision after consultations on the following criteria:
- If the injury or accident occurred through the fault of the victim, the victory is awarded to her /his/her adversaryopponent;
- If the injury or accident occurred through the fault of the adversaryopponent, the victory is awarded to the victim;
- If the participant felt unwell during the wrestling fightbout and not able to continue the wrestling, the victory is awarded to her/his adversaryopponent;
- If one or both participants are injured and it is impossible to determine the culprit,then the victory is awarded to the participant who can continue the competition.

In case of injury,illness or accident,as well as disorder in dress of the participant (participants) the wrestling fightbout is interrupted, but not more than for 3 minutes for each participant in the total number of all interruptions. At that, the each minute is announced. If in three (3) minutes the participant is not able to continue the wrestling fightbout, s/he is announced defeated.
 
ARTICLE 20. SITUATIONS NOT COVERED BY THE RULES
In the situations not covered by the present RULES,the decision,after consultations,is adopted by the Director of the judgment or the Head of (First Judge) the competitions who was  appointed/designated by the International or Continental Arbitrary Commissions and Refereeing AssemblyArbitration Team.
